Mr. Lippincott is a partner and co-founder of the Austin based law firm The Lippincott Law Firm PLLC. Mr. Lippincott has represented small, medium and large clients on a variety of issues, including accounts receivable management, Texas collection and debt recovery, Federal and state debt collection practices litigation and compliance, general and complex commercial litigation, real estate (transaction, title review and real estate litigation), business entity formation and trademark/copyright registration, renewal, prosecution and defense. Mr. Lippincott is also the firm’s network administrator and consultant on technology related litigation and representation. Mr. Lippincott also owns the real estate brokerage firm of Stripe Realty is a licensed agent.  Mr. Lippincott and his family live in Austin.
